xkcd cat and girl arcade fire

I love this comic. And this one.

We saw Arcade Fire in concert a few months ago and everyone was raving about the show but I just wasn't feeling it. They were inventive and all, but I wasn't as overwhelmed as everyone else. After listening to the CD again, I am stunned by the degree to which pain and painkillers dilute and cloud one's experience. It really must have been a great show - I was there, but I missed it. Damn.

I love the cat comic. It's perfect soup weather, but I certainly can't figure out how to carry it in my pockets (oh wait...my new thermos! :).

I just went to an Arcade Fire show! They are fun live, but not so good in an outdoors venue.
