need to figure out - Questions for tomorrow

how to weight ratings for H 2.2? do I use 2-5 6-10 11-15 x a number, or do something else?

What counts as negative and what should be left out. I don't think I was clear enough about this in the proposal and it's kicking my ass.

H 2.3 seems to be in alignment with what I'd anticipated, but do I need to include the weighting scheme there too? This is the problem with using averages versus real numbers.

Are all the real ratings numbers still available? need to check, since these are more noteworthy than the averages, especially with the numbers I'm talking about.
